Chelsea had their chance when the two sides met but they blew it and then Manchester UTD drew with Blackburn to confirm their 19th league title. Congrats to them!!!

We would have won it had we lost as they could only manager a draw today.

If Chelsea won they'd be level on points with two games to go. I don't see where you're coming from?

The celebrations was a great squad occasion and nice to see the famlies take part as well.

The so-called experts have written us off all the way. We have been dismissed as being average, below-par, and even the best of a bad bunch. Throughout the year many have been shouting doom and gloom. We've been done, had and finished, relegated to the role of has-beens and also-rans. Doom-laden predictions have been cast. Fergie has lost his mind, the debt has eaten this club whole and spat it back out, our buys have been foolish, our squad average, our tactics cowardly. We've been written off, then pulled in, then written off again.

Yet despite the doomsayer predictions and the laughable claims, we have held our nerves and won it when it matters most. Against all expectations, we remained confident in our own abilities and got the job done when it matters. Credit to the lads on the squad. They have faced strong criticism and have had doubts cast on them. Yet despite the voices of doom leveling themselves at this establishment they have ignored the critics and played within themselves with spirit and bravery. What's more, they have played like a team that cares for each other, that plays for each other and that puts their lives on the line for each other. The manner in which we defend and attack together and the many positive soundbites that have come from the squad shows that it's not just a team, it's a family and it has sure played like one. I have a feeling this team will be playing together for quite a while.

And for the maestro and the genius that is Sir Alex Ferguson, this is one milestone that has truly been reached. He may not declared his intentions to overthrow Liverpool originally but boy has he done it. Here's to many more years of his talismanic genius steering this team to greater things.
